Meet The Team

Meet the Vantia Team

Designing and installing beautiful hardwood is a collaborative process, and we believe it starts with the right people. Based in Frisco, Colorado—right in the heart of Summit County—our team brings a balance of creativity, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience to every project. We’re here to listen, guide, and help you create a space that feels like home.

Brian Bradley
Owner & Founder

Brian is the founder and driving force behind VANTIA. He wears many hats — from shaping the creative vision and building lasting partnerships to supporting the team and keeping operations running strong. At his core, Brian is all about bringing great ideas to life and finding smart, beautiful solutions to design challenges.

What keeps him going? The people. Whether it’s collaborating with clients, vendors, or his own team, Brian finds energy and purpose in working together to create something lasting.

Here’s something you might not know: Brian’s had his share of failures — and credits them as the best teachers. That grit and growth mindset fuel how he leads VANTIA today: with clarity, curiosity, and a whole lot of heart.

Leslie Mountfort
Director of Sales & Marketing

Leslie has been a driving force behind VANTIA’s growth for over seven years. Her role encompasses nearly every aspect of the business, from sales and marketing to operations and vendor partnerships. She thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy, bringing ideas to life and helping shape the VANTIA brand with intention and clarity.

She’s known for her ability to connect the dots—whether it’s aligning with vendors, supporting the team, or developing long-term partnerships rooted in trust. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes (French café playlist in the background, of course) or out exploring Colorado’s trails, farmer’s markets, and botanical gardens with family and friends.

Jacob Peterson
Sales & Logistics

From guiding customers to the perfect product to keeping things running smoothly from purchase to install and beyond, Jacob wears a lot of hats at VANTIA — and wears them well. He’s all about turning flooring concepts into finished spaces, and nothing beats seeing a happy customer at the end of it all.

Fun fact: Jacob is a proud Michigan native and a diehard Detroit sports fan. Go Tigers, Go Lions, Go Red Wings! When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him snowboarding in the winter or soaking up the summer with a fishing pole or a concert ticket in hand.

Hunter Marsh
Project Manager / Warehouse Manager
As VANTIA’s Project and Warehouse Manager, Hunter oversees everything from onsite planning and subcontractor coordination to material logistics and full-scope supervision of flooring installations. His role ensures each project runs smoothly, on time, on spec, and to VANTIA’s high standards.

What Hunter enjoys most is being out in the field, working alongside skilled professionals whose craftsmanship and dedication mirror his own. A Summit County native, Hunter brings a local’s knowledge and pride to every job. When he’s not on site, you’ll likely find him off the grid with his family—riding dirt bikes or snowmobiles deep in the backcountry he calls home.

Callie Beck
Marketing & Sales Coordinator

As the Marketing & Sales Coordinator at VANTIA Hardwoods & Interiors, Callie drives the messaging, branding, and customer connections that keep the VANTIA story thriving. From crafting compelling content to supporting the sales team with strategic tools and insights, she blends creativity with coordination to help showcase the quality and craftsmanship VANTIA is known for.

What Callie enjoys most about the role is the mix of strategy and storytelling— getting to share not just products, but the passion and detail that go into them. One thing most people don’t know? She has surprisingly quick reflexes—think catching something before it hits the floor without really thinking about it. It’s an odd skill, but it’s come in handy more times than you’d expect.

On days off, you’ll find Callie soaking up live music, experimenting in the kitchen, paddling on the river, or hiking into the Colorado wilderness—always in pursuit of a good view, a great meal, or both.

Meghan Wood
Architectural and Design Rep & Dealer Representative

As VANTIA’s Architectural and Design / Dealer Rep, Meghan brings a rare blend of passion, creativity, and just the right amount of weird to every project. She’s been obsessed with interiors since she was five, so helping designers bring luxury visions to life is more than a job — it’s a dream come true.

When she’s not curating beautiful spaces, you might find her rafting with her husband and two kiddos, Gunnison and Daisy — or experimenting with one of her famously strange food combos (hot dogs, Noosa yogurt, and hot sauce, anyone?).

Cat Keve
Business Operations Coordinator

As the Business Operations Coordinator at VANTIA, Cat likes to keep things running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. Known for her organization, time management, and friendly, approachable style, she’s the go-to person for keeping projects on track and communication flowing. Cat thrives on creating order out of chaos and making sure every client and teammate feels supported along the way.

Outside the showroom, Cat makes the most of Colorado’s mountains — whether that’s backcountry skiing, hiking and camping with her pup, or biking through new trails. When she’s not outdoors, you might find her sewing or knitting her next handmade project.

Josh Wyeth
Sales & Support

Josh is part of the Sales and Support team at VANTIA, where he helps guide clients through the remodel process—from welcoming them in the showroom to creating estimates and making sure every detail lines up. He’s all about listening, connecting, and helping people turn their homes into something truly special.

Josh’s favorite part of the job? Meeting new clients and working together to bring their vision to life.

Off the clock, you’ll either find him on the golf course, skiing fresh powder, or out hiking with his wife and their pup. And fun fact: Josh has taken some serious cooking classes and can whip up a mean French dish!

Ryan Benefield
Market Development Manager

Ryan is driven by the creative side of design — thoughtfully pairing species, finishes, and layouts to bring each client’s vision to life. While craftsmanship and standout results are central to his work, what truly sets him apart is his commitment to building lifelong relationships. He is passionate about creating spaces people fall in love with — the rooms they gather in, grow in, and cherish for years to come. For Ryan, it’s not just about completing a project; it’s about earning trust, serving as a long-term resource, and partnering with clients through every stage of their home’s story.

He lives in Montezuma on 30 off-grid acres, embracing a lifestyle rooted in independence and connection to the outdoors. In his spare time, you’ll find him in the backcountry — snowboarding, mountain biking, and hiking with his red Heeler, Ava, and his husky mix, Reggie. He also dedicates time to working with Summit Lost Pet Rescue, supporting the community both in and out of the mountains.

Ryan Stephens
Market Development Manager

Andrew serves as one of our Market Development Managers, leading sales efforts while providing product expertise, training, and ongoing support across his territory.

He is driven by building genuine, long-term partnerships—taking the time to understand each client’s goals and collaborating to bring meaningful, well-executed results to life. His approach is rooted in connection, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for the details that elevate a project.

A lesser-known story: Andrew once spent an entire summer road-tripping to Alaska with his grandparents, exploring the state over four unforgettable months. The experience shaped his perspective on curiosity, connection, and the value of the journey itself.

Outside of work, you’ll find Andrew outdoors with his fiancée and their dog, Maddie—hiking, paddle boarding, and often ending the day at a live concert.

Chris Ewing
CFO

As Founder and Managing Partner of Audaciter, Chris leads real estate development, alternative investment strategy, and financial consulting. He frequently serves as a board member or fractional CFO, providing seasoned financial governance and transaction support to venture capital firms and growth-oriented startups.

Chris’s background bridges high-growth ecosystems and global corporate leadership. He previously served as CFO of Vodafone Americas Inc. and Treasurer/Head of Tax for Knauf North America. He began his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen.

Based in the Mountain West, Chris is an avid outdoorsman and traveler who remains deeply engaged in the communities where he invests.

KJ
Senior Accountant

Kjersten (KJ) graduated from Montana State University, Bozeman, with a degree in accounting and an emphasis in communications. KJ handles day-to-day accounting operations for Vantia, including accounts payable, payroll and benefits, and payroll tax reporting.

She loves learning more about the creative businesses people operate and helping owners and staff stay organized and compliant behind the scenes, so they have more time to focus on the good work they do.

On her days off, you can find her baking with her nieces, going on adventures with her Golden Retriever, Beth, driving somewhere to shoot a wedding film, or watching FRIENDS reruns (she is without a doubt Monica Geller).

Kelly
Controller

Kelly works as Controller for Vantia and is part of the team responsible for the company’s financial activities, including overseeing the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and cash management. Using spreadsheets, making sure things tie out, and forecasting are just some of the things she likes best about her job, and it shows.

Kelly is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and has earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from the University of Colorado. She’s an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of CPAs, and the CFO Leadership Council.

When she’s not “working with numbers,” Kelly enjoys showing off her culinary skills, traveling the world, and getting outdoors with her family and adorable rescue pups, Holmes & Apollo, as much as possible.
