ABOUT THE MILL
Crafted proudly in the USA from vintage American structures, our reclaimed oak is salvaged and expertly repurposed into premium architectural flooring. Each beam, joist, and board is individually selected, de-nailed, kiln-dried, and precision-milled. By blending traditional American craftsmanship with modern engineering standards, the mill transforms century-old timber into exceptionally stable, high-performance wide-plank flooring.
AVAILABILITY & ORDERING
- Made to Order: Reclaimed Oak is produced on a custom-made-to-order basis. Please allow a standard 14–16 week fabrication lead time for reclaimed timber sourcing, precision milling, and delivery.
- Sample Orders: Request physical samples to evaluate the unique surface texture, original saw marks, and natural color variation under your project's specific lighting conditions.
GRADES & WIDTHS
- Rustic Reclaimed Grading: Features authentic reclaimed character, including original saw kerfs, nail holes, sound knots, natural checking, and rich tone variations.
- Width Options: Available in random or fixed wide-plank options, including 3″–6″, 4″–8″, or 6″–10″ formats.
- Length Options: Random plank lengths ranging from 2 ft up to 12 ft long.
- Thickness Options: Offered in robust 5/8″ (15.88 mm) and 3/4″ (19 mm) profiles.
FINISHES
