When it comes to architecture dreams of mountain elegance, our flooring is the stage upon which every space performs—anchoring vistas, inviting exploration, and elevating everyday rituals.

This year’s 30th Annual Summit County Parade of Homes, presented by Mountain Living Magazine and hosted by the Summit County Builders Association (SCBA), celebrates the very best in mountain living. For VANTIA, it’s an honor to have our flooring featured in two breathtaking homes that embody craftsmanship, creativity, and connection to Colorado’s alpine landscape.

120 Penn Lode: A Hidden Haven in Breckenridge, Colorado (Travis Construction)

At 120 Penn Lode, tucked into the coveted Breckenridge landscape, luxury unveils itself gradually—like a well-kept secret. As you step through custom iron-and-glass doors into the soaring clerestory, your eyes sweep from timber and limestone to panoramic views of ski slopes and wetlands.

Underfoot, the story is anchored by one of our top-selling colors, Bianca from our Classic Collection—a refined wide-plank European White Oak that balances light, warmth, and timeless character. Its soft palette harmonizes with vaulted ceilings, limestone details, and the organic walnut bar, creating a continuity that feels both grand and inviting.

Best of all, Bianca is in stock at VANTIA, ready to bring this same elegance into your home.

6 Miners Creek: A Modern A-Frame in Frisco, Colorado (Mathison Custom Builders Inc.)

In contrast, 6 Miners Creek boldly reimagines the A-frame with crisp geometry, expansive glass, and a vaulted great room framing Mount Royal in Frisco, Colorado. Flooring plays a key role in defining the spaces: the main house features Bianca, while the guest house is finished in Perla—both from our Classic Collection.

Bianca’s airy brightness brings openness and lightness to the primary residence, while Perla’s quiet sophistication grounds the guest house with warmth and subtle depth. Together, the two create a dialogue of tone and texture, softening the home’s bold architectural lines and harmonizing with glass, steel, and stone. Both Bianca and Perla are in stock at VANTIA, making this level of design-forward living within reach.

Crafting Cohesion Across Two Mountain Masterpieces

What ties these two homes together is more than geography—it’s a shared reverence for how flooring defines story:

  • Material as Mood
    • At Penn Lode, Bianca’s soft tone harmonizes with rustic elegance, creating a foundation of warmth.
    • At Miners Creek, Bianca and Perla pair together in a modern contrast that elevates clean lines with natural richness.
  • Seamless Flow
    • Bianca guides guests at Penn Lode from the entry to the spa, den, and theater.
    • At Miners Creek, Bianca and Perla connect indoor artistry with outdoor living across the skybridge and deck.
  • In Stock, Ready for Design

Both homes feature European white oak flooring from our Classic Collection—Bianca and Perla—readily available at VANTIA for projects that can’t wait on long lead times.
