When is the Parade of Homes? Please check the Summit County Builders Association website for exact 2026 dates.
What are the hours? Homes are open for touring from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.
Where does the Parade take place? The Parade features homes throughout Summit County, Colorado—including Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, and surrounding mountain communities.
How do I get tickets? Tickets are available online in advance or at designated ticket locations during the event.
Do ticket sales support the community? Yes! A significant portion of ticket proceeds benefits the Summit Foundation, funding local non-profits, scholarships, and community programs. Your attendance directly supports Summit County.
Can I visit homes in any order? Absolutely. You may tour homes in any sequence over the course of the event. Many visitors plan their route to experience a variety of architectural styles and neighborhoods.
Is photography allowed inside the homes? Out of respect for homeowners and builders, photography is typically restricted. Please check the signage at each home or ask Parade staff for guidance.
